Recently constructed,  this waterfront home in St. Michaels is extraordinary.  Please take a moment to take in all of the extra details this home has to offer.

Due to new Talbot County building restrictions and regulations, this new home could not be any larger than the original home's footprint.

Jeff's design knowledge and creative thinking made this home happen and it is truly exceptional in every detail.

To the left is a waterfront home Jeff built a few years ago.  The homeowner wanted a Gothic inspired design with a bright and open floor plan.  The house also has an additional guest house on the property.

Gothic details were used throughout including the custom light fixtures that were found for the homeowner.  A protector by way of a Gargoyle was placed on the top the chimney to guard the home day and night!
